Ingredients

  • 1 oz Perry's tot gin (junipero)
  • 0.5 oz Del maguey vida mezcal (mezcal union)
  • 0.5 oz Dolin blanc vermouth · Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry syrup · Syrup
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
