Hendrick's Lemongrass Sour

Ingredients
- 3 dash Thai basil/kaffir tincture (**)
- 0.5 Egg white
- 0.25 oz Agave syrup
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Lime lemongrass cordial (*)
- 2 oz Hendrick's gin
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a short highball (or cocktail) glass.
