Creole Fizz

Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Peychaud's bitters
  • 0.25 oz Pernod absinthe
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a glass, top with soda water, and add straw. Grate cinnamon over the top to garnish.
