Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 1 dash Orange bitters (regan's) · Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 1.25 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat) · Vermouth
  • 1.25 oz Fino sherry (lustau) · Sherry

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
