Ingredients
- 4 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 barspoon Benedictine
- 0.25 oz Cherry heering
- 0.25 oz Orgeat
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.75 oz Bianco vermouth (dolin blanc)
- 0.75 oz Appleton estate 12 year (appleton reserve)
- 0.75 oz Wray & nephew overproof white rum
Instructions
Whip shake with 2 ice cubes, strain into a Hurricane glass, top with crushed ice, add a straw, and garnish with a mint bouquet and a brandied cherry (omit the latter).
