Ingredients

  • 4 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 barspoon Benedictine
  • 0.25 oz Cherry heering
  • 0.25 oz Orgeat
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Bianco vermouth (dolin blanc)
  • 0.75 oz Appleton estate 12 year (appleton reserve)
  • 0.75 oz Wray & nephew overproof white rum

Instructions

Whip shake with 2 ice cubes, strain into a Hurricane glass, top with crushed ice, add a straw, and garnish with a mint bouquet and a brandied cherry (omit the latter).
