Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
2 dash House persimmon bitters (*)
0.25 oz Apricot liqueur
0.25 oz Suze gentian liqueur
0.5 oz Orgeat
0.5 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Macchu pisco

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
