Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Picon bitters (wolfamer)
  • 0.75 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Applejack (boulard calvados vsop)
  • 1.5 oz Scotch (buchanan's 12 year)

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. I garnished with an orange twist.
