Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Toasted caraway seeds (*) · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Liqueur amaro (averna)
  • 0.5 oz Velvet falernum · Other
  • 3 oz Dry oloroso sherry (lustau don nuño) · Sherry

Instructions

Muddle toasted caraway seeds in a Collins glass. Add all liquid ingredients, fill with crushed ice, and swizzle to mix. Float a barspoon of Angostura Bitters over the top for garnish.
