Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Aperol · Other
  • 0.5 oz Wray & nephew rum · Rum
  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with drops of Angostura and Peychaud's Bitters.
