  • 1.5 oz Fino or manzanilla sherry (lustau fino)
  • 1.5 oz Campari

Instructions

Chill in a Collins glass in the freezer. Add 3 oz dry sparkling wine (Gloria Ferrer Brut), add ice, and garnish with an orange wheel (orange twist).
