Dolin Blanc Cobbler

Shake with ice and strain into a Cobbler cup filled with crushed ice. Garnish with raspberries and lemon wheel quarters, and add a straw.

Angostura bitters (4 light dash), Maraschino liqueur (1/2 oz luxardo), Patxaran (1/2 oz atxa), Oloroso sherry (2 oz lustau)

Lemon juice, Cinnamon syrup, Averna, Blandy's 5 year sercial madeira

Lemon juice, Maraschino liqueur, Cocchi americano, Rabarbaro zucca amaro

Sugar, Lemon juice, Strong tea (black tea), Rum (appleton 12 year)

Crushed ice (8 oz), Lemon juice, Oleo saccharum (lemon & orange peel) (*), Amontillado sherry (lustau)

Slice orange, Tbsp sugar (turbinado), Wineglass (4oz) sherry (lustau dry amontillado)

Raspberry syrup (**), Orange juice, House sherry blend (*)
