Hike In The Dessert

Ingredients

4 Leaf sage (and a 5th one for garnish)
0.75 oz Agave syrup (2:1)
1 oz Lime juice
2 oz Blanco tequila (cimarron)

Instructions

Muddle sage leaves (I did this in the agave syrup). Add the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe rinsed with Laphroaig Scotch, and garnish with a fresh sage leaf.
