Ingredients

  • 3 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Cucumber syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 1.25 oz Fino sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 1.25 oz Cynar · Amaro

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into an absinthe-rinsed (Butterfly Absinthe) rocks glass, and garnish with lemon oil from a twist.
