Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white
  • 0.25 oz Fee's orange bitters
  • 0.25 oz Angostura bitters
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 oz Pimm's no. 1

Instructions

Shake without ice and then with ice. Strain into a highball glass, top with 3 oz of Weihenstephaner Hefeweizen beer, and add a spoon straw.
