Ingredients
- 6 drop Absinthe (st. george)
- 0.75 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz Strawberry syrup (*)
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 0.75 oz Jamaican rum (1/4 oz each smith & cross, rumfire, and coruba)
Instructions
Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass with a large cube, and garnish with a pineapple leaf (omit).
