Ingredients
- 1 dash Bittermens mole bitters
- 0.5 oz Kina l'avion d'or
- 0.5 oz Mint demerara syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Plantation 3 star rum
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with 2 oz dry sparkling wine.
