- 1 barspoon Demarara gum syrup
- 1 oz Sandeman's rainwater madeira
- 1 oz Hamilton's 151 proof demerara rum
Instructions
Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass spritzed with shiitake mushroom-infused absinthe.
