Orange bitters (regan's), Maraschino liqueur (1 tsp luxardo), Gill dry vermouth (1 oz noilly prat), Gill gin (1 oz beefeater 24)

Bittermens grapefruit bitters, Combier triple sec, Dolin dry vermouth, Lustau amontillado sherry

Bittermens mole bitters, Peychaud's bitters, Kirschwasser and absinthe mix, Reduced saison ale syrup (1 barspoon), Bols genever

Chocolate bitters (bittermens), Cointreau, Dry vermouth (noilly prat), Swedish punsch (kronan), Pisco (macchu pisco)

Berg & hauck’s lemon bitters, Luxardo maraschino cherry syrup, Lillet blanc, Yellow chartreuse, Oxley gin

Peach bitters, Amontillado sherry, Meletti amaro, Bols genever, Plymouth gin

Rothman & winter crème de violette, Noilly prat dry vermouth, Hayman's old tom gin, Aalborg aquavit
