Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Burnt cinnamon syrup
  • 0.5 oz Carpano antica sweet vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz El maestro sierra dry amontillado sherry
  • 2 oz El dorado 3 year rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
