Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 1 oz Strawberry-infused rosé vermouth (housemade) · Vermouth
  • 1 oz Plymouth gin · Gin
  • 1 oz Plymouth sloe gin · Gin
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a water glass filled with ice. Top with soda, garnish with a lemon wedge, and add straw.
