Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 1 dash Crème de violette · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lavender-infused honey syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 1 dash Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Privateer white rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Highball glass. Top with ~2 oz of soda water, garnish with dried lavender flowers, and add a straw.
