St. george's absinthe, Fernet branca, Lustau pedro ximénez sherry, Carpano antica sweet vermouth

Regan's orange bitters, Absinthe (1 scant bsp butterfly), Cocchi barolo chinato or bonal quinquina (bonal), Foro dry vermouth (noilly prat)

Regan's orange bitters, Noilly prat dry vermouth, Obsello absinthe, Lillet blanc, Averna

1 Pinch salt, Giffard banane du bresil, Frangelico, Amontillado sherry, Punt e mes, Appleton rum (perhaps select or reserve)

1 Pinch salt, Benedictine, Byrrh grand quinquina, Mezcal (fidencio), Armagnac (larrissingle vsop)

Gin (beefeater), Dry vermouth (noilly prat), Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter), Absinthe (20 drop st. george)
