Whole egg, Smith & cross rum, Pierre ferrand dry curaçao, Benedictine, Punt e mes

1 Egg, Bittermens mole bitters, Angostura bitters, Brown sugar simple syrup, Benedictine, Pimm's no. 1, Oloroso sherry

1 Egg white, Ferrara orgeat, Lime juice, Montecristo 12 year rum, Batavia arrack
