Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 0.5 oz Cane syrup (simple syrup)
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
- 2 oz Louis royer force 53 cognac (camus vs)
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with chocolate bitters (Bittermens Molé).
