Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white
  • 4 dash Crème de cassis (1/8 oz massenez)
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Ginger liqueur (king's ginger)
  • 1.33 oz Brandy (camus vs cognac)

Instructions

Shake once without and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
