Ingredients
- 4 dash Peychaud's bitters (3 dash)
- 0.75 oz Pineapple syrup (1/2 oz) (*)
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice (1/2 oz)
- 0.75 oz Yellow chartreuse (1/2 oz)
- 2 oz Pisco (1 1/2 oz encanto)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with pineapple.
