Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Pineapple gum syrup (homemade pineapple syrup)
  • 0.25 oz Allspice dram (st. elizabeth)
  • 0.25 oz Falernum (velvet)
  • 0.5 oz Fernet branca
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 1.5 oz Zaya rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with pineapple sage (omitted).
