Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Orange juice (cara cara) · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz White puerto rican rum (1 1/4 oz don q cristal, 1/4 oz vale d'paul agricole-style) · Rum

Instructions

Blend with 4 oz crushed ice and pour into a glass (shake with ice, strain over crushed ice). Garnish with mint sprigs and a paper parasol.
