Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg
  • 0.75 oz Cream
  • 0.75 oz Cynar or averna
  • 0.75 oz Lustau east india solera sherry (3 parts lustau amontillado to 1 part oxford pedro ximenez)
  • 0.75 oz Rum (coruba)
  • 0.75 oz Scotch (famous grouse)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with Angostura Bitters.
