Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
1 dash Crème de violette
0.75 oz Lavender-infused honey syrup (*)
1 dash Lemon juice
0.75 oz Grapefruit juice
2 oz Privateer white rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Highball glass. Top with ~2 oz of soda water, garnish with dried lavender flowers, and add a straw.
