Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Egg white · Other
  • 1 tsp Lime juice · Juice
  • 2 dash (1/4 Oz) grenadine · Other
  • 0.5 oz Cherry heering · Other
  • 1 oz Dolin dry vermouth · Vermouth
  • 2 oz Bacardi silver rum · Rum
  • 1 tsp Rich simple syrup (2:1) · Syrup

Instructions

Shake once without ice to emulsify the egg white, and once with. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
