Whole egg, Angostura bitters, Pedro ximénez sherry (lustau san emilio)

1 Egg yolk, Simple syrup, Cream, Calvados (laird's bonded apple brandy), Ruby port (delaforce)

1 Egg, Angostura bitters, Maple syrup, Lustau east india solera sherry, Walnut-infused bourbon (*)

Whole egg, Demerara syrup (2:1), St. elizabeth allspice dram, Lustau dry oloroso sherry, Heavy cream, Gosling's black seal rum

Pimento dram (st. elizabeth), Almond butter, Simple syrup, Cream, Amber rum (lemon hart 80), 1 Egg yolk

Whole egg, Honey syrup, Blandy's 5 year malmsey madeira, St. george spiced pear liqueur, Averna, Barbancourt rhum
