Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Passoa (ezekiel's passion fruit liqueur)
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Gin (beefeater) · Gin
  • 0.5 oz Half & half (1 oz) · Other
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 1 dash Orange blossom water · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a Highball glass with 2-3 oz soda water, and garnish with an edible orchid and pineapple leaves (omit).
