Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Yuzu juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Combier pamplemousse liqueur · Liqueur
  • 1 oz Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 1 oz Campari · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 1 literal 1 Egg yolk · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Collins glass, top with 2 oz soda water, and add a straw. Garnish with a grapefruit twist-cherry flag.
