Ingredients

1 literal Whole egg
0.5 oz Maple syrup
1 oz Laird's bonded apple brandy
1 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye
2 oz Southampton pumpkin ale (wolaver's pumpkin)

Instructions

Add to a mixing glass and swirl to decarbonate the beer. Shake once without ice and once with ice, and strain into a Fizz glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
