Ingredients

  • 5 Swath lemon peel
  • 1 literal 1 Pinch salt
  • 0.5 oz Laphroaig 10 year scotch
  • 0.5 oz Blended scotch (cutty sark prohibition)
  • 2 oz Cynar

Instructions

Build in a mixing glass, express the peels into the liquid, stir with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
