Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Famous grouse blended scotch, Ceylon tea, chilled (oolong), Barbera de monferrato wine (bear flag red)

Gin (1 1/2 oz beefeater), Apricot liqueur (3/4 oz rothman & winter orchard apricot), Orange juice (3/4 oz fresh squeezed), Lemon juice (1/2 tsp)

Scotch (cutty sark prohibition), Amaro ciociaro, Amaro sfumato, Demerara syrup, Chocolate bitters (angostura cocoa)

Angostura bitters, 2:1 Demerara syrup (1/4 oz 1:1), Peated scotch (laphroaig 10 year), Bourbon (old grand-dad bonded), Laird's bonded apple brandy

Cognac (du peyrat selection), Laphroaig scotch, Cynar, Falernum (velvet), Angostura bitters
