Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 0.5 oz Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Maple syrup · Syrup
  • 2 oz Blandy's 5 year malmsey madeira · Madeira

Instructions

Shake once without and once with ice, strain into a large coupe glass, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
