Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Ginger syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Great king street scotch · Whiskey

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a flute glass with 2 oz of sparkling wine. Float 1/8 oz Laphroaig 10 Year and garnish with a lemon twist.
