Brandy Rum Sangaree

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rum (barbancourt 8 year rhum)
  • 2 oz Brandy (pierre ferrand ambre cognac)
  • 0.5 oz Water
  • 1 literal 1 Sugar cube

Instructions

Muddle sugar cube in water. Add ice, stir, and strain into a cocktail glass. Float wine on top.
