Ingredients

  • 5 drop Sherry vinegar
  • 0.5 oz Pedro ximenéz sherry
  • 0.5 oz Punt e mes
  • 0.75 oz Rabarbaro zucca amaro
  • 1.25 oz Lustau brandy

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a double old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish the ice cube with a pinch of salt.
