Ingredients

  • 0.13 oz Demerara syrup (omit)
  • 0.13 oz Mathilde pear liqueur (1/4 oz rothman & winter)
  • 0.67 oz Curaçao (pierre ferrand dry)
  • 1 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau)
  • 1.5 oz Laird's bonded apple brandy

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
