The Gerty

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Herbsaint or absinthe (herbsaint)
  • 0.75 oz Peychaud's bitters
  • 0.75 oz Rye (sazerac 6 year)

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Twist a lemon peel over the top.
