- 1 dash Picon bitters (1/2 oz torani amer)
- 2 dash Pineapple juice (3/4 oz)
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth (cocchi sweet)
- 0.5 jigger Sherry (1 1/2 oz lustau amontillado)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
