8-10 Leaf mint, Sugar, Lime juice, French vermouth (noilly prat dry), White cuban rum (angostura white oak)

Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Apple brandy (boulard vsop calvados)

Bittermens mole bitters, Kina l'avion d'or, Mint demerara syrup, Lime juice, Plantation 3 star rum

Orange bitters (angostura orange), Angostura bitters, Orgeat, Dry orange curaçao (pierre ferrand), Rhum barbancourt 8 year, Byrrh quinquina

Lemon, in wedges or pieces (*), 6 To 8 leaves of mint, Gin (beefeater), Swedish punsch (kronan), Apricot liqueur (combier)

Cointreau (1/4 oz), Cream (3/4 oz half & half), Pineapple juice (1 oz), Bacardi (1 1/2 oz havana club 7 year rum)

Orgeat, Cinnamon simple syrup, Lime juice, Plantation 5 year barbados rum, Appleton reserve rum, Neisson rhum agricole blanc

Grenadine, Apricot brandy (rothman & winter), Bacardi rum (1 1/2 oz plantation 3 star)
