Champagne (cava was used), Peychaud's bitters, Angostura bitters, Cointreau, Bourbon (maker's mark was used)

Ansac vs cognac, Pierre ferrand curaçao, Lemon juice

Campari, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Plymouth gin (st. george botanivore)

Avèze gentian liqueur (salers), Dry vermouth (noilly prat), Gin (st. george dry rye)

1 Pinch salt, Pink grapefruit juice, Lime juice, Aperol, Chinaco blanco tequila, St. germain

Cognac (3/4 oz pierre ferrand 1840), Crème de menthe (3/4 oz tempus fugit), Yellow chartreuse (3/4 oz), Crème de rose (3/4 oz royal rose rose syrup)
