Cortez Julep

Ingredients
- 12 Mint leaves
- 1 dash Orange bitters (regan's)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 0.75 tsp Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Cocchi americano
- 0.5 oz Oloroso sherry (lustau's dry)
- 1.25 oz Blanco tequila (piedra azul)
Instructions
Lightly muddle the mint leaves in a Julep cup. Add rest of the ingredients, fill with crushed ice, and stir. Top with more crushed ice, garnish with a mint sprig and a blackberry (omitted), and add a straw.
