Pontarlier Julep

Ingredients

  • 3 dash Orange bitters (regan's)
  • 3 drop Orange blossom water
  • 0.75 oz Sweet vermouth (cocchi)
  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz Gin (hayman's navy strength gin)
  • 0.5 oz Absinthe (la muse verte)

Instructions

Stir with crushed ice in a Julep cup until a frost forms. Top with ice, garnish with mint sprigs, and add a straw.
