Ingredients
- 0.25 oz Absinthe verte (la muse verte)
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.75 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 1.5 oz Reposado tequila (espolón)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a copper mug (or Collins glass) filled with ice. Top with 1 oz ginger beer (AJ Stephans) and garnish with a candied ginger slice (omitted) toothpicked to a lime wheel.
