Horse Tonic

Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
0.25 oz Velvet falernum
0.5 oz Ginger syrup
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Cruzan black strap rum
1.5 oz Dark rum, preferably gosling's black seal

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a Fizz glass containing 1 oz of soda water. Garnish with a pinch of espresso (mortar and pestle ground dark roast coffee beans) and an orange twist.
